On our very first day, Zum Schilling welcomed guests to a celebration of authentic German flavours and community spirit. The air was filled with the aroma of sizzling pork knuckles, golden schnitzels, and stuffed mushrooms, while ice-cold German beers and fine wines flowed freely.
Our alfresco area, with its charming barrel tables, became a favourite spot for passers-by to enjoy a refreshing German beer in the cool evening breeze. It was a night of laughter, camaraderie, and delicious food that set the tone for what Zum Schilling is all about.
