Opening January 2nd 2026, Zum Schilling, the Australian German Club’s new restaurant, invites you to experience the heart of German culture through its warm atmosphere, traditional dishes like Pork Knuckles, Schnitzels, and authentic sausages, and perfectly paired German beers or fine wines.
Located at Unit 28, 137 Scottsdale Drive, Robina, within “Sidewalk on Scottsdale,” Zum Schilling is more than just a restaurant—it’s a bridge to the future. Named in honor of beloved life member Mr. Arno Schilling, this temporary venue keeps the community connected while the club prepares for its permanent home in Mudgeeraba.
While Zum Schilling offers exceptional food and service, it’s important to note that this location is a stepping stone, without facilities for live music, dancing, or large events. The true vision lies in the construction of the club’s future home, set to begin in March 2026, which will serve as a vibrant hub for cultural celebrations, live entertainment, and community gatherings.
In the meantime, the club is ensuring its traditions thrive, with next year’s Oktoberfest already secured at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds. By dining at Zum Schilling, you’re not just enjoying a taste of Germany—you’re supporting the growth and legacy of a Gold Coast icon.
Join us at Zum Schilling and be part of this exciting journey as we celebrate the past, present, and future of the Australian German Club.
