The committee has called an Extraordinary General Meeting ahead of the AGM this year, and we believe it’s the right decision for the Club’s future.
The purpose of the EGM is to introduce the incoming Office Bearers to the broader membership before the AGM takes place. The newly elected 2025 committee members, who have served on the committee throughout the past 12 months, will be transitioning into the formal Office Bearer roles. Holding the EGM first gives all members the opportunity to meet these individuals, ask questions, and feel confident in the Club’s leadership direction before the formal transition occurs at the AGM.
